Most excellent, Ross. I’ve posted it on social media. Thank you!

If you want to see what a Christian nationalist believed and preached in 1776 (with John Hancock in attendance), read on. This is the “black-robed” preaching leading the American Revolution that today’s Christian Nationalists don’t quote: "The Church’s Flight into the Wilderness: An Address on the Times, cont" by Samuel Sherwood A. M. and Reiner Smolinski , Editor

In our history of God colonizing Canaan with His Own people recorded by Scripture, notice the prominence of “the land.” For instance, this from Leviticus 18, directly after God commands His people not to engage in bestiality, sodomy, & incest:

“Do not defile yourselves by any of these shall not do any of these abominations, neither the native, nor the alien who sojourns among you. For the men of the land who have been before you have done all these abominations, and the land has become defiled; so that the land will not spew you out, should you defile it, as it has spewed out the nation which has been before you.”

America should tremble. The American church should tremble. If you’re a Christian Nationalist who believes and preaches American exceptionalism, you should be warning your disciples this land is preparing to spew us out.

Dear Tim, this reminds me of the altar calls we had when I was a boy. I would be willing to talk privately about the risks I take and have taken for the Lord (always in danger about all the zeal and faith being in the past too), but I am not at the moment willing to post any such thing publicly. Could be because I have nothing to show, but I don’t think that’s it. Remind me again why altar calls are wrong? Love, Daniel

Dear Daniel, altar calls remind me of praying with hands raised, greeting one another with a holy kiss, head coverings, kneeling; those ways we publicly confess our faith we eschew because of our humility. To ask men here on Sanityville if we’re confessing our faith in any dangerous ways which have led to suffering is a good check up on our faith, asked by a father. I only say this because twenty years ago I saw men weren’t willing to confess their Christian faith in public, and it’s only gotten worse since then. The Great Silencing of Christian Faith is even worse by self-censorship than Deep State and Big Tech censorship, and it’s as true in the pulpit as at work and the social media.

Jesus commanded us to be salt and light. It’s a simple command, and it’s my decade-long observation that we refuse. Major premise.

It’s not because of our humility that we don’t want to talk about it. Minor premise. As always, lotsa love

As an American, I’m so ashamed at the prospect of individuals as vacuous as VPHarris and GovWalz leading our nation. Seems incomprehensible to you, too? Note how insanely persistent/shrill media/BigTech/rich are promoting these two.

Libs love American electorate reduced to an ignorant mob. College is so useful. #20/24Vision

And that’s the thing about Israel entering the Promised Land which should give pause for thought, quite apart from any CN connections. The fact is that the people of Israel didn’t take over Canaan. Canaan took over them.

And as the land had vomited out the wicked Canaanites, so it vomited out the wicked Israelites. This is what we must focus on today. The land is God’s agent. Love,

Self-loathing is in vogue. Whites jumping on BLM/Reparations bandwagons. Wheaton denouncing their fathers, banning names from campus. Women using chemicals to kill baby in their womb. Men/women mutilating their bodies, denying God made them male/female. Suicide’s contagious.

Original sin and “acts of God” are gone. Just pagan’s bogeyman “climate change.” My wife caught it peeking out of our bathtub drain last night. Scared her half to death.

Got a flat tire last week and tire tech told me it was climate change. Why don’t scientists do something? Don’t they know what’s happening out here? It’s scary—real scary.

Last night, woke up remembering sins of my youth and middle age and fearing God. Then I remembered climate change and was so relieved.

Some great disappointments about President Carter, but right at the beginning of his national arrival, proud of him for acknowledging publicly his lust of the eyes. It was a moment of gratitude/respect for me to hear our president confess our Lord’s teaching that this is adultery—and he was guilty.

Happy 100th bday, sir!

My dear fellow Americans, for each of us, salvation depends upon repentance toward God and faith in the death and blood of Jesus Christ. There is no other way to be saved.

Humble yourself under God’s mighty hand and He promises He will “lift you up.”

Sure, go ahead and vote. But first, repent of your sin and turn to Jesus. Turn off the debates and get up Sunday morning to go and sit under protestant/reformed Gospel preaching. Save yourself from this crooked and perverse generation. #ChristianGospel

Bloomington just passed a law requiring all businesses to have closed captioning turned on in all public business/spaces.

Exceedingly proud of being the first community in Indiana to enforce this accommodation, Bloomington City Council Member Steve Volan explains that while captioning “may seem to the casual observer like a requirement too trivial to be deserving of an ordinance, it’s significant to those with hearing loss. It removes a barrier, relieves an obligation to request accommodation to be treated equally in public, and relieves the indignity of having to reveal, explain or justify the need for accommodation.”

Allow this “casual observer” to give a better explanation.

The virtue of compassion is being replaced by inclusion, which is the force of law. Nobody wants to need their neighbor’s help, or suffer its indignity, so minorities now demand the replacement of the virtues of humility and compassion by the strong arm of law.

Our new handicap is health and normality.

Here is one more example of our modern morbid habit of sacrificing the normal on the altar of the abnormal.

This is why such a large number of our children are joining LGBTQism. They know the altar is owned by abnormality, and they don’t want to be sacrificed.

So they jump on the bandwagon.
