The numbers of Christian couples deliberately not having children … assuming that it is more common than fifty years ago, even in Reformed circles, what are the views as to how much more common this is?

Thanks, worth remembering for our discussions.
But also remembering that typical Christian couple limits their fruitfulness contrary to God’s Creation Command, viewing fruitfulness not as obedience rendered to God, but merely a lifestyle choice.
