Christian Audio .com has a monthly free download. Some good ones crop up every now and then. The free downloads stay in your account as if you had purchased them, so it makes for a nice library. Downloads are usually available both as one file and as one file per chapter.
Christian Audio also has a biannual $7.49 sale, where many books are available for $7.49 or $4.98. The current shopping season is one of these times.
