How can any Christian not be proud of PresTrump for his enforcement of God’s law of male and female? And it is this one of his reforms that most infuriates our lib (former) ruling class.
From moment of conception, every man is male or female. One or the other. He might not like being male. She might not like being female. He might rebel against God’s decree and mutilate himself. She might rebel against God and mutilate herself, also.
It’s no use. Man will die and be buried the same male and female he was at the moment of conception, and each of us will stand before God and give an accounting for our stewardship of our manhood or womanhood.
God our Maker made the decree and we are to submit to it by loving and building our lives and families on it.

Actually, up until now, “judicial defiance” has not been unknown, but it’s been the exclusive turf of justices and judges themselves. What else to call Roe v Wade, Lawrence v Texas, Obergefell v Hodges than “judicial defiance?” These lawless justices threw out states’ laws and declared baby murder, sodomy, and gay marriage constitutional rights!

For decades you guys have abused our taxes and it’s long been time for you to have your choke-chain pulled and be reminded that them’s that pays the piper calls the tune. Humble yourself, sir.

Christians must repeat over and over again that the judiciary was entirely partisan and political way back in 1973 when it threw out the laws against baby murder then on the books of nearly every state; when SCOTUS declared abortion was woman’s constitutional right.

Sexual anarchy in the Western World today is a stage four cancer inside the Church. Trans and LGBTQism is our own children’s sin, yet we still won’t preach in defense of the Biblical doctrine of sex—starting with our Lord’s statement that from the beginning God made man male and female.
Instead we scrupulously curate museum exhibits of past Reformed triumphs.
Before PresTrump, we said we were silent because we didn’t want to be “political” in the pulpit. Now under PresTrump, we continue to say we are silent because we don’t want to be “political” in the pulpit.
When will we begin to protect our sheep and their lambs, and begin to fight the wolves we face today?
My concern with Trumpian judicial defiance today is: can we expect the Left to respect Samuel Alito’s Dobbs opinion tomorrow if we pull this trigger and start defying court orders now? Once that happens, it’s open season and Dobbs becomes toothless as soon as a Democrat is in the White House again. Then all the gun cases and Chevron deference and affirmative action are now done for. I hope someone in the White House is thinking through this game plan.
It’s sort of thing I’d rather have the other side fire the first shot for.

Well, what would you call Roe, Lawrence, and Obergefell other than “judicial defiance?” We’re well past the “first shot,” brother. For many decades, we’ve been under a judicial regime of defiant judicial carpet bombing concerning the most important issues of murder and sexual immorality. To speak as if judicial defiance can’t be committed by judges is nonsensical. Why such a bright line when legislative or executive branches jump on the bandwagon?
But I point out this post was not on judicial defiance or PresTrump’s relationship and submission to the judiciary. It was on the liars all over our nation incessantly accusing MAGA and Trump of starting something new when they themselves have been the main perpetrators for half a century, now. They need to be told that they have broken their trust and now are merely suffering the consequences.
Moving to the issue of judicial overreach and lawfare, Harvard Law Review reports, from 1963 to 2023, there were 127 nationwide injunctions with 64 of them issued during PresTrump’s first term.
I’m not going to argue or fight for revolution, but we certainly need to point out the monumental silences (on the part of Christians) and lies (on the part of the pagans) prevailing during this argument. WE are not the problem. The end of the rule of law in our nation arrived when we abandoned one-quarter to one-third of our new citizens sent us by God each year to the murder of their mothers and their paid PP and pharmaceutical assassins.
Truth is the currency of the civil compact, and it is our uniquely Christian calling to say so. Expedience and pragmatism are political necessities, but truth stands supremely apolitical. Love,

Excellent advice for “conservatives” uneasy abt PresTrump, Musk, and DOGE. Why are you uneasy? Maybe it’s simply, “Don’t rock the boat, I’m counting my money.”
