Chip has an amazing way of immediately getting tangled up in big concepts as soon as he starts talking. Quentin started doing some of that this time. Odd for him.

I think Quentin was putting on a slight southern accent to try to score points with his demographic. And trying to sound very cool and important and smart, which is hard for him, because he is not. That’s my theory, at least. But I don’t know why Quentin does what he does.
