Has anyone kept up with this? I read an article today (here: GraceLife: How an Edmonton-area church became the centre of Alberta's COVID-19 fight | Edmonton Journal) that it was founded as Grace Reformed Baptist and that Pastor Coates graduated from The Masters Seminary. The whole article is worth reading - gives lots of background and the current state of things.
The protest that happened on Sunday were largely not members of the church - which I take as a good sign.
