Come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker. For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand. (Psalm 95:6-7)

Oh yes, “the sheep of His hand.”

No. What’s “outrageous” is the bloodlust motivating such verbiage each time the slightest testimony against baby-slaughter appears inside Beltway. Note WaPo is unhinged.

When “sustainability” gets “assistant director” in B-Town think multiplication of Mother Earth priestesses. Add in 4 battery buses just approved for $4,500,000. Double diesel price. All completely religious. No separation of church and state. #GaiaWorship New sustainability assistant director shares her goals for Bloomington

Bitter/angry men choose shibboleths. Masks (no). Headcoverings (yes). Paedocommunion (yes). Weekly communion (yes). Vaccines (no). They harp on that thing 10k times. It becomes their confession of faith, turning them into rebels, legalists, and sacramentalists. Divisive. Have nothing to do w/them. #goodshepherd

Tucker may actually hate lies & wickedness. He may not simply be political theater. So Rupert fires him. But don’t forget Rupert also owns Zondervan, publisher of Evangelicals’ bestselling NIV Bible. Evangelicals’ best selling nuetered Bible. #gaggingGod

Not whining, but really. This dude’s right. Want to know what 1/10 men struggle with. Constantly. Read this. People find out I’m red-green colorblind & invariably ask what things look like to me? Uh. Ummm. Do you ask deaf people what things sound like? Designing for colorblindness - The Verge

I’m in that 10%. Found out in 1st grade when I was coloring things odd colors - if memory serves, the first instance was coloring the ocean a weird green…my teacher thought I was screwing around (she had good reason) but I wasn’t - that’s what I saw.

Yes, everyone asks, “What colors do you see?” Sometimes they realize immediately that impossibility of answering but often not. I usually respond with, “I can see color but am often confused in the color I’m seeing. Various shades of colors are lost on me and I struggle to differentiate between colors.”

I’ve checked out the corrective glasses but haven’t thought my colorblindness detrimental enough to pay that much.

My first career desire as a young man, which came from being enamored of my Navy-pilot uncle, was to be a pilot. Didn’t take long before I realized that wasn’t a possibility because of being colorblind. Other than that, I can’t say as being cognizant of missing out on much unless I read things like what you posted. I’m intrigued and then sad at not being able to see the beauty that others can. Yet, such is life under the sun.

Nice article. Dalton Lens looks useful. I’ve used the CVSimulator app for a long time (it uses the camera to show common/deutera/protanope/tritanope in a quadrant and works well pointed at monitors.)

Christian celebrities hold onto national audience by trimming Scripture’s truths. Signals national media they’re reasonable. But to protect their Christian base it’s gotta be subtle. #subtletrimming

Good example of subtle trimming is Gary Bauer referring to “transgender extremism.” Does Bauer also speak of “bestiality extremism?” “Adultery extremism?” “Murder extremism?” This is how national Christians corrupt the church’s witness. #subtletrimming

Transgender is almost as evil as baby-slaughter. Transgender is self-murder of personhood created by God. Abortion is other-murder of person created by God. From moment of conception, sexual personhood and life are one. Note it’s God Who made them one. #onlymalefemale

Sin’s shame is defended and proclaimed by Christians. Sin’s shame is integral to God’s Moral Law. Shame is God’s schoolmaster leading us to repentance and faith in Jesus—the only Savior of Sinners. #graceofshame

When God buried Moses, we received all the answer we need to the pagan practice of cremation. Christians don’t burn our loved ones. We plant them and await the resurrection of the dead. #Christiansbury

Think carefully. Where is there a phrase in Scripture perfectly describing the death of preborn babies? #noabortion

If they didn’t have double-standards, they wouldn’t have any standards at all.

It is not being rude or insensitive to respond that there is no such thing as “non-binary.” There are genetic anomalies, sexually, but our Lord said “from the beginning He made them male and female.” It is neither love nor compassion to say otherwise. One day each of us will stand before God and answer for the obedience we have rendered him by obeying the office He assigned us sexually, at conception. Male or female. #maleorfemale https://www.cnn.com/2023/04/28/us/montana-governor-son-transgender-bills/index.html

Meditating on terrible opposition Apostle Paul faced inside the Church, occurred to me cancelling is nothing new. Perfect job description for pastors. Spend your life being cancelled by men, approved by God. And don’t whine. #goodshepherd
